That depends on the length and complexity of your text.
We offer tiered pricing and charge a rate per word. Simply send us your document, and we’ll get back to you with a fair, no-obligation quote. For more details, see our Rates page.
You can pay easily and securely via Payoneer.
Once we confirm your project, we’ll send you a Payoneer payment link or invoice. You can pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other options available in your country through Payoneer. All payments are processed safely, and you’ll receive a receipt for your records.
Smaller projects of less than 5,000 words can be conveniently paid after delivery – within 7 days.
Orders of 5,000 words or more require a 25% deposit upon order placement, with the remaining 75% due upon delivery.
For longer book projects, we can also bill in stages to ensure fair and reliable cooperation for both sides.

We often deliver short texts (up to 1,000 words) within 1–2 days. For larger projects, we will provide you with a clear, binding and realistic schedule.
You send us your text and we will provide you with a quote. Once you accept, we will get started. After the translation, we will proofread the text and send you the final version.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, after delivery, you feel the translation doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll provide a free revision. And if we can’t find a solution together, you’ll get your money back – no hassle, no questions asked.
